We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method shown and to the address which you specify.
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 1pm on the same day, our delivery time is within 48 hours to the UK mainland. Orders made after 1pm will be processed the following working day. Once we have received your order and processed it no further items can be added to this order. If you wish to order further items please place a new order and this will be handled as a new order.
Our “Standard” delivery service is available for all Non-UK customers. For these international orders we aim to deliver between 3 and 5 business days.
It is your responsibility to provide us with full and correct delivery address details. We cannot be held liable for non-delivered orders if incorrect address details were provided upon order.
All packages returned to us as undelivered will be refunded, excluding the delivery cost. If after 5 business days you have not received your order, you must contact us at email@example.com. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
