Created by practitioner Katie Brindle and rooted in the ancient but largely untapped wealth of knowledge offered by Chinese Medicine, Hayo’u is an effective technique comprising daily one-minute self-care rituals with the support of heavenly products.

Stress has a huge impact on our health and the way we look. It is at the root of so many conditions including pain, anxiety and depression, poor skin, low fertility, digestion and many sleep issues. Longer term, prolonged stress is contributing to myriad illnesses including heart disease, diabetes, cancer and auto immune conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease.

1. Beauty restorer ritual

Our simple self-massage technique draws out accumulated facial tension and leaves you with radiantly healthy skin. It relieves congestion, headaches, soothes sore eyes and unlocks aching jaws and brow to make you look and feel more refreshed.

The Beauty Restorer soothes facial tension and encourages a radiant complexion – after just one minute of use. This tool has been designed to use with water in your morning shower and at night with our specially formulated oil, ideally after a Hayo’u bath.

2. Reset ritual

When we get stressed, blood flow is diverted from our gut and skin to the skeletal muscles, in preparation for flight or flight. This disrupts the flow of circulation around the body making us feel at first anxious and then often tired and lethargic. Based on the healing benefits of Qi Gong, a Chinese martial art - the Reset ritual invigorates circulation, releases stored tension, loosens the spine and stimulates your digestive function.

3. Body restorer ritual

Gua sha is scientifically proven to reduce inflammation. Our one-minute self-massage technique targets the chest, neck, shoulders and lower back to disperse body tension accumulated through physical and mental pressure.

4. Rescue breath ritual
